Steven King Obituary
Steven Charles King, age 70 of Burnsville, passed away Sunday, October 4th, 2020 at John F. Keever Solace Center of Asheville. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Charlie and Lizzie King and Percy and Lois Batty and father, Bryan P. King. Steven had proudly served in the United States Army.
He is survived by his loving mother, Rene B. King; children: Amber King and fiancée Paul Goldman, Amanda Price and husband Daniel, Miranda King and boyfriend Jeremiah Boone, Jessica Blankenship and husband Randy; sister, Vaughtie King Rice; grandchildren: Baylee Johnson, Olivia Blankenship, Kylie Blankenship, Isabell Hudgins, Aiden King and Addy Ann; niece, Lisa Harrell and boyfriend Patrick Thomas; special friends: Nina King, Brenda Wilson and Joan Honeycutt. Several aunts, uncles and cousins in North Carolina, Tennessee and England survive Steve as well. Last but not least, his dog and loving companion ‘Little Bit’.
Services will be held and announced at a later date.
