Pearl (Bennett) Fox

Pearl Fox, age 89, of Burnsville, went home Wednesday, December 29th, 2021 at Asheville Mission Hospital. A native of Yancey County, she was the daughter of the late Richmond and Etta Willis Bennett. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Roscoe Fox; brother, Ward Bennett; sister, Charlotte Lanturn; and her beloved grandson, Harold Fox Jr.

Surviving is her son, Harold Fox; daughters, Cheryl (Travis) Buchanan, and Dana Fox; brother, Beecher Bennett; sisters: Hettie Dane, Cora Brazil, Bula Gosnell, and Esther Miller; grandchildren: Michael Melton, Andrew Deyton, Katrina Andert, Jacob Buchanan, Jared Buchanan, and Hunter Murphy.

A private family graveside service will be held in the Holcombe Cemetery in Burnsville with Reverend Blair Harvey officiating.
