James Edgar Morrow

James Edgar Morrow, age 76 of Fletcher, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 4, 2023, in his home. A native of Henderson County, he was the son of the late Jethro Adam and Elese Kirkendall Morrow. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by an infant son, Matthew James Morrow.

Left to cherish his loving memory is his wife, Barbara Morrow; son, Henry Adam Morrow; daughter, Deborah Ann Morrow; brothers: William Bill Morrow, Eugene Morrow, Walter Morrow, Kenneth Morrow, and Bernard Morow; sisters: Mary Mathis, and Maffery Hensley; grandchildren: Christopher Sutton, Cassandra Sutton, Jessica Leighann Morrow; step-grandchildren: Brandee Sexton and Britny Stone; great-grandchildren: Rachel Elisibeth Penley-Morrow. Kaitlyn Yow Castieal Sutton, Brooklynn Paige Morrow; step-great-grandchildren: Paislee Sexton, Preslee Sexton and Brandon Sexton.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Morrow family home on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. A graveside service will be held the following day on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at the Morrow Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. in Burnsville, NC.
