Claudia (Jaworski) Yang

Claudia Yang, age 63 of Burnsville, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, September 8th, 2022. A native of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Arlene Favre Jaworski.

Claudia taught aerobics, sold real estate, was a surgical nurse and medical assistant, and worked in the restaurant industry for many years, where she met and married Alex Yang. She had many jobs she loved, but her favorite job was being a mother to her two children, Sabrina and Chad. The comfort and safety of her family was of the highest importance to Claudia, who cherished her children and the time they spent together. In her free time, Claudia enjoyed dancing, something she shared with Sabrina. Friends and family were blessed to know her love, and to love her back.

Left to cherish her loving memory is her ex–husband, Alex Yang; daughter, Sabrina Yang McGuire and husband, Jordan; son, Chad Yang; brother, Steven Jaworski; sister, Tina Chapek; one grandchild, Ronan McGuire; and nephew, Joseph Yang Allen, who she helped care for and raise for many years, his wife Amy, and their children, Victoria and Nathaniel.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home. The visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Reverend Blair Harvey will be officiating.
