Brigitte (Urban) Canipe

Brigitte Elisabeth Urban Canipe, age 83 of Tampa, Florida, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 14th, 2020 at her home. She was born in Elbing, Germany to Gerhard Fritz and Elisabeth Charlotte Rach Urban. She was the wife of the late Jimmie Keith Canipe, who died in 2015. She is preceded in death by brothers, Eckehard Urban and Hans Urban.

Surviving are her children: Steven James Canipe of Tampa, FL, Larry Keith Canipe and wife, Narimon of Boca Raton, FL, Christina Elisabeth Walag and husband, Randy of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren: Brian James Canipe of Tampa, FL, Amanda Lauren Rodriguez of Joint Base MDL, NJ, Kirsten Nicole Canipe of Lake Worth, FL and Todd Michael Lee of Jacksonville, FL; great-grandchildren: Mia, Ami, Elijah, Juliana, Cameron and Preston; brothers, Jurgen and Gerhard of Kaiserslautern, Germany.

Viewing will be held in the Chapel of Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home on Monday, December 21st, 2020 at 1 p.m. Graveside services will be held in Fairview Cemetery at Horton Hill in Green Mountain. Reverend Blair Harvey will be officiating.

The family wishes to acknowledge with deep appreciation the many expressions of love, concern and kindness shown to them this hour of bereavement.
