Elizabeth Diane (Beverly) Thigpenn

Diane Thigpenn, 63, of Burnsville, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2019, at Mission Hospitals Memorial Campus.  A native of Lake County, Florida, she was a daughter of Betty Anne Sullins Beverly of Clermont, Florida and the late Buddy Beverly.  She graduated from Clermont High School in 1973.

Surviving, in addition to her mother, is her fiancé:  Wayne McGuire; a daughter:  Melanie Ramsey of Asheville; grandchildren:  Tiffany Shamel of Winston Salem, Katelyn, Launa, Rose and Eric Ramsey, all of Asheville; 2 great grandchildren:  Caden and Isaac; a sister:  Rhonda Jones of Clermont, FL; step daughter:  Angie Dust of Virginia; step son:  Wyndall McGuire of Albany, GA;  step grandchildren:   Zachery and Bianca and several nieces and nephews..

Funeral services will be held at 7PM Tuesday in the Chapel of Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home.  Rev. Philip Garland will officiate.  A private family burial will be held in Windy Hill Cemetery, near her home.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
