Donna Elizabeth (Whitson) Berg

Donna Elizabeth Whitson Riley Berg, 62 of the Little Creek Community, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital.  Born in Michigan, she was a daughter of the late Harley and Hazel Honeycutt Whitson.  She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter:  Dora Elizabeth Ann (Liz) Huffman; and a half brother: James Whitson.

Surviving are her daughter:  Hope Huffman of Marion; 2 grandchildren: William Huffman and Alexis Huffman of Burnsville; 2 half sisters: Annette Greene and Rebecca Grindstaff of Burnsville.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday in the Chapel of Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home.  The Rev. Bill Mitchell will officiate.   Burial will be in the Lattie Honeycutt Family Cemetery on Lost Hollow Road on Little Creek..  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

The family suggests memorials be made to Holcombe Brothers Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
